Paul Denz relocated to New Haven, CT, in 1984 after receiving a political science degree from Boston University. Two years later, in 1986, he founded Northside Development, Company. He has since worked single-handedly and with numerous equity partners to develop and purchase residential and commercial properties throughout the state. He has also assembled a team of professionals to help manage his properties and the properties of others.

Paul has developed, owned, managed or is currently developing more then 2,000,000 square feet of residential, warehouse and retail properties.
